For all requests:
- Paris Press author, book title, and title of poem or page numbers you wish to use
- Your fax number and email address, as well as your U.S. Postal Service address
For reprint in a book:
- Describe how the requested material will be used in your own work
- The title of your book
- The estimated price and page length of your book
- Format: hardcover, paperback, electronic, audio
- Estimated print run
- Territory requested (United States, North America, or world)
- The publisher of your book
For reprint in a magazine, newspaper, newsletter, journal:
- Title of your publication
- The circulation
- Publisher
For reprint on a Web site:
- Web site address
- The days, weeks, or months you would like to post the work
For a musical setting:
- Details about performing the work
- Plans for recording the work
- Plans for publishing the work
For any other use:
- Please write to Emily Wojcik and include your mailing address and fax number, as well as email address
